Live Fish Shipping
- Fish are shipped USPS 2-3 Priority Mail, UPS or Fedex Express
- Fish are usually individually bagged in bags filled with pure oxygen or breather bags. Do not float the breather bags!
Shipping Schedule
- Live fish orders are shipped on Mondays
- Any orders containing dry goods only will be shipped in 1-2 business days. If your order includes both live fish and dry goods, the dry goods will be shipped separate.
- Cut off date for fish to be shipped is the Saturday 9 pm EST prior to shipping days. If your order is placed after the cut off time, it will be shipped the following Monday

- We only ship to the Continental United States
- Packages are shipped to the address provided. We are not responsible if the customer enters an incorrect address
- We reserve the right to delay shipping due to extreme weather or holidays
